Getting ready to add a 700 ish square foot garage to my house to mirror the existing one. want to match brick, roof, etc so it looks like the house. Need to get a set of plans for a contractor / contractors to estimate and build from. I pretty much know exactly what I want so not a lot of back and forth. Would need to be familiar with Hall county building code.
