In 55 years of living and the tantrums that I've thrown in my youth I've never once thought about picking up a gun to solve a problem period. I haven't been angry in over 15 years. I finally settled into my father's temperament as I've grown older. I can't see how someone quick tempered and can't control it and have a concealed weapons permit or was carrying it in his car would reach for it and react without thinking rationally. That's exactly what happened in this situation A man threw a temper tantrum and he couldn't control his self and couldn't think rationally in that 30 seconds of boiling temper grabbed the gun and started capping off shots.
My guess -- drugs are involved --

Scary…was driving through Anderson SC Thursday and heard a shot…looked in the rear view and saw an outstanding citizen in the middle of the road in his PJ’s holding his GAT…not sure who or what he shot at

Looking at the jug on that slug I would think that bad chemistry played a big part of it yes. Only amplifying his rage.
