A good show, and I really doubt it's scripted in the same way some 'reality' shows are.

There's a lot more communication than they let on in the beginning, with medical checkups and such, but just hanging in there for a month or so would still be a brutally hard thing to do.

I'm sure they edit it like crazy to create some of the drama though.
