Funny thing is that I can see some friends who retired not so long ago, and they stay up till or wake up earlier at around 3:00 am to check their ODT notifications... lol

Actually, I get out from bed at 4:00, take some minutes in prayer, then bathroom time, leave the front door at 4:55 ish

I’m in the gym by 5 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday! Then work at 7 am Monday through Thursday but going back into retirement again at end of year.

We start at 4am most days, can't wait to retire. Few more years. My internal clock might just be stuck on a 3am wakeup though, we will see.

One of my uncles was a dairy farmer for over 30 years then retired. While employed he was up at 3:30 each morning and in bed by 7pm. After he retired, he stayed up til 1am and slept til noon. I could never believe his body clock would allow him to make such a radical change, but he lived to be into his late 80's. Thanks.
