AK Fans + Upgrades

I just slap in a Tapco G2 trigger and sight it in. I like the simplicity of the AK operation and iron sights.

I have a Yugo O-pap with nice wood furniture and an older N-Pap underfolder; one of my favorite guns to shoot.

I save all the tactical gear for the RRA AR.

Really diggin the handguard conversion. Gonna have a unique look if that’s all you did too it.
I built off one of those AMD kits from Classic awhile back. I ran into a few issues with it that had to be addressed. There is another member here who also had some serious issues with his. If you would like to shoot me a pm maybe I can share our experiences with it and save you a headache.

Will do for sure. Didn't know about any issues. This kit is in fantastic shape! I sure hope it's fine.

I plan on using a modified CSS Saiga .410 handguard and forward bracket to mount the handguards. When I get done it's gonna look like the mockup cause I will shave down the CSS rail until only the wood is showing. Gotta cut the handguard retainer off which I feel a little guilty about.

how much did that set up cost before the scope? Bad ass

I think the forearm was 50 or 60 bucks...maybe more.

The folding stock was a LOT more...come to think of it, can't remember who I bought it from.

My son shooting it before it was "tacticool"...

Make sure the barrel is 5.45 and not 5.56 unless you're into keyholing at 25
