This is an AK-47 chest rig I had made by Tony at Retro Tactical. He did a beautiful job. He makes all his stuff by hand and guarantees his work. Tony deals in custom items you can't get any where. Of course I could have gotten an AK chest rig from someone else but this one is a little custom. If you notice in the pictures the actual 3 mag pouch can be removed from the harness and you could clip on another 3 mag pouch for an AR, MP5, whatever you wanted. Also on the back of my harness I asked tony to put a molle panel on the back so a hydration bladder, Med Kit, or whatever else you might want to molle attach to the back. The close up shots show the stitching Tony does and the craftmanship of his work. Tony made this rig out of Surpat which is the camoflauge used by the Russians. The tabs to hold the mags in place are a bungee cord the with a quick pull, can slide off and remove the mag in one fell swoop. I can't say enough good things about Tony, from the communication to the finished product, I love this thing. He also made me a 4 mag Glock pouch out of the Surpat which I can attach to the left or right waist bands on the rig. If you want custom pouches for mags, rigs, plate carriers, or damn near anything that can be sewn together, hit up Tony at Retro Tactical. He uses only american materials to make his products (except in my case, he had to order the surpat from russia). I found it is best to not waste money on cheap chinese stuff that rips and breaks in a year and to just get it done by Tony. check him out.
