Ad on the "footer"?

I am getting an ad on the bottom of the page saying "Watch Now" or other buttons.

Is this a problem with my computer or is this normal now?

As long as it is in the same spot as this picture then it should be normal:

Cool.

The Download and Play Now buttons are annoying though.
