ACCGov Animal Services over capacity

First post in a long time. Athens-Clarke county animal services is overbooked and in the situation where they’re looking to have to destroy multiple animals to make room. There are several breeds of dog available, including a Belgian. I don’t know if this is blowback from everyone adopting/buying pets during the plandemic and now finding out that a grown-up animal is a lot different than a puppy, but I’ve never seen this many dogs available. If anybody has room in their homes and hearts for another family member, please consider adopting and saving one of them from being destroyed.

All three (Dogs, cats, and other) are returning 502.
Bummer, I'd think Saturday mornings would be a good time for them to be up....

Good on you for trying to help. Bad on them for being lazy and not doing all they can to help these poor animals!!!
