Must have had a double malfunction. He was only at 15,000 (which we didn’t consider HALO) so he wouldn’t need oxygen. We were usually 24,000 and 29,000. On HALOs we stayed on aircraft oxygen until just before exit and then switched to bailout bottles to prevent the hose from freezing with moisture.
