A Man's Breakfast or .....???

Nice, this morning was an omelette morning: 3 eggs, mushrooms, black olives, goat cheese and 2 slices of bacon crumpled up in it.

Omelettes are awesome. The Flying Biscuit has the best ones outside of my kitchen.

Meh.. I had the wife stop at Hardees and get some plain biscuits and I made sausage gravy.

One of my favorite "breakfasts" is called either trash or garbage.. saute some ham, onion, and bell pepper.. add some mushrooms then shred some taters and mix them in and just about the time everything is done pour in about 5 whipped eggs and just as that is getting solid mix in some shredded cheddar. Some prefer to put the cheddar on top in slices which works fine too. This way you only have one "pan" to clean.

Another favorite breakfast is a couple over easy fried eggs smothered in grits with a good bacon or Conecuh sausage on the side, milk, oj, and coffee. I use real butter in my grits and some bacon or sausage drippins.

Another favorite is pancakes with Conecuh sausage.
