That version is Tula made, not Barnaul, fyi. It will be less accurate and dirtier than Brown Bear.
My Arsenal shoots this ammo around 1.5”-2”at 100 yards with a red dot, I guess it depends on the rifle! Not much of a difference cleaning the rifle either, I guess I got a good batch!

Black box Wolf is made by Barnaul, Tula and Klimovsk. You have to look for a headstamp on the case and the box to figure out which one it is.
Pic in the OP has Tulammo logo on the side of the box.
 
Who cares. It goes boom and it's available without getting gouged. I ain't shootin' 500 yards.

I agree, it’s AK food, it was not meant to be match grade ammo!
And you would be wrong. Klimovsk is known to use military corrosive primers when they run out of civilian non-corrosive primers. In the same lot.
