Missed that top part, I just saw the "complies with" which lots of companies use to say it's not tested/certified. Cool man, if it's worth double the money to get it somewhere else quicker, go for it.

Its not double the money, its actually less than AR500 site if you compare apples to apples.
remember, the $65 BOGO is for flat plates only. if you add the spall build-up and curve option the price then doubles. and then extra for the trauma pads.
