What is ur max oal on the 142's? I'm touching the lands at 2.845. There is no chance of running 43gr of h-4350 in my gun.
We tried 42 grains of H4350 today and there was plenty of room for more, but there wasn't much velocity increase, < 10, from 41.5.I loaded 1300 rounds of 9mm
15-140gr A-MAX
25-140 berger vld's
And.............. A bunch of toys and clothes up tha kids don't play/wear no more!!!!!!
load the hybrids at that length and descending depths then and see what happens if you want them to feed from the mag. I watched my 300 yard groups shrink as the bullets jumped more.My MAX OAL with 140 Hybrids is 2.955" with the Hornady comparator
2.902" with 142 Accubonds.
I was hoping for a COAL of 2.880" with 0.010" to 0.017" off the lands....

I am running a Brux 24 inch and 26 inch in 6.5 creedmore and both guns shoot the same load at 41.7 and that load is good from 100 to 800 yds.Don't know why you would be shooting such a heavy powder charge.
