5.11 ~ Any good?

I'm taking my first tactical class in September (focusing on AR-15/Handgun). I don't have much "gear" and I'm looking for some quality pants that accept knee protection. I am also still in need of some clip holders. Does 5.11 here in Kennesaw have a decent selection? Any other places I should shop versus online? Thx in advance.

Magazine holders? Pistol and/or handgun? What models and calibers? To mount on what (pants belt, battle bet, vest/carrier, etc.)?

Magazine holders - 2 for my Glock 23 and 1 for my AR. I’m thinking Esstac - I have a kore essentials 5 gun belt - I actually picked up a pair of 5.11 pants on Saturday. Seem nice, fit well

Decent... I've had some of their gear. A few bags and some pants. Better than your average China stuff.

I’m an hsgi whore.... but that’s also because I can’t really find any 7.62 holders I like..... and the tacos are cheaper since I’m also a 5.45 whore....... and have my AR days......
