If all you use is a neck die and separate decapper, can you use the same equipment to reload both? Seems to me like you could, but I'm relatively new to reloading.

If you don't have a bolt rifle, neck sizing alone ain't likely to work anyway. You're likely to end up with unusable cartridges that won't reliably chamber in anything.
Guess they'd keep expanding.
