Cabelas in Acworth got a couple of the 43xs in. They are in the back and not on display. Felt almost like a shield, but seemed to be a neat little gun.

Ran about 100rds through mine today - I personally am in love with it. As much as I liked the P365 it’s grip always seemed out of proportion to its slide to me. This will certainly be my new carry gun - especially in gym pants, shorts, etc. Here it is compared to a standard 43 and a 19. Also if you will notice - it’s width is the width of the flared side of the standard 43 where the slide release is - still significantly slimmer then the 19 for IWB carry.
Man I like that. I have been looking at that gun and appreciate the report.
And just because I can - yes, the slides of the 43 and 43x are the same size and interchangeable.
Trying to decide between 43x and the 48. Leaning toward the 48 with the slide being about a 1/2 longer
Trigger feels very smooth with a clean break to me. Didn’t measure but feels like less travel then the Sig - and I think the Glocks reset is better. That said, I’ve been shooting stock Glock triggers for years - and don’t have any Glocks with modified triggers - so it could just “feel” natural to me.
