Which is better, the glock or lone wolf?

Ive used both. I like to have glock factory items in my glock though. They both worked the same for me.

Good deal. Gonna try one in the 17. Leaving my 23 carry all factory. What about the trigger spring? Any good in it?

The factory parts almost always work better, especially in a Glock. The Lone Wolfs don't seem to hold up as long, nor do they always work with any Glock.

I never messed with the springs. I just had the connector installed.

i think the GLOCK oem may be a #4.5 but i cannot remember. The lonewolfs work fine. again for a "true" #3.5 trigger you will have to change your springs

ahh gotcha. The 17L came with 3.5

alright nevermind. i found one that is a GLOCK labeled minus connector it reads 3.5# http://glockparts.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=6648&TERM=connector
