The only line in the regs I could find on suppressors. I am guessing that means they will not be allowed in WMAs.

"Suppressors: Lawfully possessed suppressors may be used for hunting on private property. Permission of the landowner is required."

Question regarding dates for the WMA's. When it says for a specific WMA, for example, 'SMALL GAME, Aug 15 - Sept. 12', is that for squirrels only or all small game?

Sorry. I think I got my answer.

"SMALL GAME: Unless otherwise specified,
hunters are allowed to hunt any small game
with an open season (see page 39) during
the small game dates specified in the WMA
listings on pages 48–65. No small game or
furbearer hunting is allowed during managed
deer hunts except that migratory birds may
be hunted during archery deer hunts during
open state season unless otherwise specified."

squirrel season opens the 15th nothing else opens the 15th of August.As of now no WMA lands have been designated for suppressors.
