1981 F350 400 big block

Hey guys! Just recently bought this truck for a little project I’m setting out on! First of all, the beds for sale if you know someone in the market! Second, I have read online that aftermarket/performance parts for this particular block are nigh impossible to find. If you guys have any idea on where to start and what direction would be good on a truck like this, I’ll listen to any and all advice I can get.
