Have a small question, tank and stand looks great by the way. Question is about the rubber coating you used. Is it fish safe? Wondering about any toxic chemicals leaching out and poisoning the fish? I assume you did think about that but it got me thinking.

The problem really wasn't the coating but how I used the coating. The inner brace had both end cuts exposed. The rubber coating seeped into the pores and eventually started to delaminated the wood. Of course I drained the tank as soon as I noticed the problem. This time I'll be coating the liner with fiberglass.
