10/17 Hunt

Been in the stand 15 minutes had a few does walk up was getting ready to take one and a good buck popped out of nowhere. Got a complete pass through on the arrow and heard him crash. Time to go find him. Still shaking.
Hit him just shy of the base of the tree at about 15 yards

Left the craziest blood trail I have ever seen. Sprayed blood all over the woods. Made it about 50 yards tops. Well, he’s a little smaller than what I thought from up in the tree. Got a little buck fever lol. Was a good lung shot. Saw the bubbles went I walked up on him.
