To the OP:
I have been using a good tip I found out about a while back:
When you lube your AR, be sure and spray (or drop) a bit of oil in both those holes in that little divot which causes the dust cover to open when you move the bolt carrier group to the rear.
Those holes are where the gas...
About the only thing I dislike on this pistol is the standard slide release.
Glock will install an extended slide release if you take it in, and I will do that when I go and get some night sights.
The little "bump" on that extended release really helps-and it is pretty handy in a pistol with...
I have recently come to be the proud owner of a brand-new Glock 21 Gen 4.
I went with the 21 because I have a 1911 (which is a great shooter)and I wanted to stick with common ammo.
-I simply LOVE this 21!
Sure, It is not really a concealed-carry firearm. (I have a G19 for that.)
But...
They are nice little pistols.
The only issue I have is the position of the mag release. Sometimes, if I grip it wrong, the mag will pop out of position. Nothing that practice won't fix, but still could have been designed better.
I love my Glock 19 Gen 3 as well. I am not a huge fan of some of the larger frame Glocks (even though I have big hands.) Just seems like the Gen 3 19 feels great to me. I love the way it shoots. Nicely balanced. I have yet to see much bad stuff about them.
Here is what one guy did:

He said he wasn't having feed problems, but the mag wobble got on his nerves.....
-Mine is pretty good so far. I am not bothered by the mag wobble, but if it starts to cause trouble, I can easily do what he did...
