The bolt on my A400 will not close. I was on a Dove hunt this past weekend running 3" high brass #7s. During the 30 or so rounds I shot there were 3 instances of the bolt not closing which were easily remedied by pushing the bolt release. The final instance the bolt will not travel forward at...
You can buy a P320 slide and trigger group and install it in a P250 frame. The magazines will also interchange. It would be cheaper to buy a P320 if that's what you're looking for.
It’s a double action only pistol which is why the trigger is so long and it requires a full extension for reset. If you want something shorter you can get a P320 which is the same frame but striker fired.
There are no aftermarket kits to shorten the length of the trigger travel to the best of...
He beat me to it. There’s supposed to be a lighter recoil spring for when shooting .38s.
I thought Wolff would have them but I just checked their website and they only have the .357 rated 22 # spring. Numrich was a bust as well.
So everything but a barrel?
ETA: Looks like they are setup for snubby barrels with the short ejector rod. This would be a good way to build a 3" gun if one could source the barrels.
Sounds like either your ejector rod is loose or you have trash under the extractor star. Check the ejector rod to see if it's tight. Be careful as some have left hand threads. Check under the extractor star. If there's anything there clean it out.
According to the guys on the IDPA forums it's a press fit. It should tap out towards the barrel and then tap back in the opposite direction. No videos that I saw but I didn't read the entire thread.

Have any of those projects been a s&w revolver? I’m asking because it’s good to have a resource handy but working on revolvers is a fair bit different than autoloaders and rifles.
I swapped out the sights on my Gen 1 prior to trading it off. It’s been quite some time but I believe that it slots from the front of the slide and there is no set screw on the factory, plastic sight, it should just drive out from back to front.
The replacement Dawson sight I installed had a...
