Good luck. I had issues with different bullet weights also using an adjustable gas block.
I finally got pistol gas and .300 Blckout mags...made it a dedicated suppressed gun shooting 220 subs.
Works fine now.
Thanks, that's what I am leaning towards. From my research the .300WM loses very little velocity at 22" and the bull carbon fiber barrel is very stiff but only weighs a little over 3lbs.
I was thinking of setting it up for my suppressor with a lightweight chassis. The bull contour looks good...
I’m not an AR builder.
I did however buy an AR built for 3-gun competition...for one of the best in the country.
For what it’s worth, it has a Lothar/Walther barrel. It shoots very small groups.
