    The compensator isn't going to make it jam with the stock spring weight? I am not 100% sure, but I believe the stock weight is around 17lbs. Plus for further info on the spring that is in there, it is not a Gen 4 from what I am seeing, it is a Gen 3. It falls out easily upon removal of the slide...

    Thanks for the info on the pros and cons of the steel vs aluminum. I believe if I do go this route, I will get the steel one. I have been looking around for a ported barrel, but apparently I traded into a hard to find parts gun. The Glock 20 should have been my main objective.

    I have a Springfield XD-M 10mm with the 4.5” barrel. I was looking at HiViz for replacements. I have never changed from factory sights on any handgun before, and some I own or have owned have had aftermarket on them already. I just can’t decide what to go with and I do like the night sights...
