Closest thing to that saw new today is an ECHO 620P, which is a dang good saw.
I’ve had about all of them at some point or another.
ECHO has really stepped up in their professional saw offerings over the last few years.

I would personally.
This really hammers home the absolute need for a will that is secured where all parties can access once the stipulations of the will is met.

Looks like the common banded water snake but it’s hard to be sure without seeing more of the head.
As for the head being triangle in appearance, that in & of itself is not an indicator of venomous as non-venomous snakes will sometimes flatten their heads to appear as more dangerous...
