Found some things that have been working wonderfully….
Shave head in the shower and after, apply some of this…
Been getting a tight shave and the shea alleviates the razor burn issues very well.
Thank you Winterborne. Great information. I suffer from some of the things you mentioned. I appreciate your response. I’m going to keep at this and try to balance myself out.
It does take some discipline and effort to reserve some time away from the rat race and chaos in order to get anywhere with this. I assume most people never try or simply give up when instant gratification or quick results aren’t achieved.
Can’t hurt man. I’m currently reading a book about the shadow based on a lot of principles of Carl Jung. It helps to simply open your mind to new information and learn. I’ve had my stubborn head in the sand far too long.
Shadow work is basically recognizing the dark parts of your personality, things you have repressed inside yourself for whatever reason, and getting to know these aspects to better yourself and your relationships. It’s easy to project these dark parts on others. Recognizing this and working on it...
This is what she got. Like you said, there’s no way that’s the only ingredients. Aren’t all cigarettes FSC (Fire safety cigarettes) now? What make a cigarette go out after not being puffed for about 30 seconds? Because they didn’t used to do that.
Yes they are still in business. The supposed draw I guess to the variety my wife bought is the claim that the only ingredients are tobacco and water. As if that makes a cigarette healthier?
I would never consider myself a habit smoker, but smoked in high school and after usually only while drinking with friends. My wife has been smoking a little bit here and there in recent months. The other night I had consumed a few adult beverages and decided to try a few Winston smokes. Since...
Some real good information guys. Thank you. And while I may have been on the path to receding hairline already, marriage and becoming a father definitely exacerbated the problem and made grey hair show up. I had none before. Life is a bish ain’t it?
Lmao, no joke. Funny you guys are…
Thank you all for the tips. I do feel as though the nair and hair/skin melting tonic would not be favorable to my scalp, but to each his own.
Before growing a beard I shaved daily with the Gillette mach 3,4 etc. Awesome blades, but I’m cheap these days. They...
I’ve gotten to the point in life where the old dome has become pretty exposed. Cul-de-sac status is where my hair line is. I won’t ever rock a comb over. Been shaving the dome piece with clippers and no guard for a while, but decided to Bic it tonight. Fairly successful, but somewhat aggravated...
I use a cpap with nasal pillows. Did an overnight stay at the lab for a sleep study. I was always told by my longtime girlfriend and then my wife how bad my snoring and stopping breathing had gotten at night. Being in my late 20’s and 30’s I ignored it. I was sleeping on my lunch break every day...
I stopped eating copious amounts of spicy foods and I don’t really deal with it anymore. Also if I eat a lot of peanut butter near bed time I get it violently.
Lol, bet that was a relief. And to answer your original question, yes. I once had a migraine with an “aura”. Didn’t know what the heck was happening, but I was seeing weird things and reached for a cup and missed it. Freaked me out. Got a ride home from work and took a migraine med before the...
