    Get roll of 30# felt. Lap each joint 3 to 4 inches and lift it up, fold the lap joint this way and thn back other way until you have made kind of a standing seal.     Basement project advice

    You could use molly bolts/screws or toggle bolts. Either require drilling. If it's being put up for good & no moisture issues use construction adhesive. You may have to brace it while it sets of it might work without that.
