I have 1 Toto that I added a counter weight to the flapper to make it shut slower. I also have a pressure assist toilet in the guest bath that sounds like a jet engine when it empties. This toilet has a long run to the main and I didn't want to worry. Pretty sure it might shoot a small animal...
Nice job. I volunteer at Habitat Restore by unloading donations and loading purchases. People show up with cars and trucks full of crap and then expect us to figure out a way to load some sort of dresser or table in there without scratching anything. :)
I volunteer at the Atlanta Habitat for Humanity Restore and this 86 x 43 metal table is 280$ today and 245$ if still here Saturday. It is outside in loading area.
You might check FB marketplace. I saw a few on there when I was looking to donate some seating to the dog park near me. Cheaper than building in some cases.
You might want to check the number of footings, beam spans and joist spans. I am rebuilding my sons deck and had to check this because the original owner undersized it bad. Yours design looks like it could do with some more footings. Disclaimer - I am not a processional builder but do get OCD...
Not pool pumps but I dealt with pumps in general at work before retiring. Sounds like the load is varying causing extra stress on the motor. Make sure all air is removed, no restrictions on the inlet and outlet and the shaft connection isn't binding. Hope this helps.
