thanks, I was considering doing the tactical games a few months back. But a few back injuries (despite doing the rehab suggested here and elsewhere) is reminding me that maybe I should focus less on weights and more on cardio.
update to this. I blew out my back on my birthday and have spent the last 2 weeks in either medium or mild pain, constantly. Resting from lifting and thinking maybe the tactical games is a bit much for me to bite off at this time. I am working on cardio and running and whatnot, and learning...

You won’t win so don’t even try snd go fast. Focus on safety. Tell people you are new and be respectful. Comp shooters are a good group and love getting new people into the fold.
