@jeepnuts I realize that I’ve only been a member since 2013, but I’ve made some good friends on here and even greater transactions. Just because I’ve moved to a better place doesn’t mean I can’t still buy and sell here on ODT. I REALLY wish we had something like it here in Colorado!
I’m actually following the rules with my post. I’ve opened a firearms discussion in which I haven’t called anyone out, haven’t used foul language, and am polite. I’m just stating the trend I’m seeing. You guys are correct, people can ask what they want for their golden toys. I read their posts...
So, The Trend... I realize that in a free market, you are allowed to attempt to sell your firearm for whatever you desire. I’m seeing that people, who are attempting to sell their stuff for FAR beyond top dollar, are disabling comments. I assume that they are doing this because they are tired...
I was thinking that people make offers because they know the seller won’t take it. Makes you feel good about safely offering. There’s nothing more painful than agreeing on a deal and then someone making a counter offer. Gotta pass every time.
It seems like most people don’t have any idea what SPM and TPM stand for. I get constant messages of peeps wanting stuff after it’s marked with these lazy abbreviations. Guess I need to stop being lazy...
Is it all that hard to post a pic of whatever you’re selling? Is it? Whip out the ole cell and crank out a photo. Make sure you include all the nasty junk on your floor or the bed that doesn’t look like it’s been made in months. Seriously, just post a pic...
