    Yep, it’s harder to keep them properly cold in the summer. The harvesters (in Fla, not sure in other states) need to be off the water about noon in the summer months. Then the stores and restaurants are responsible for taking proper care of them.

    I use "high Mountain" ready made mix for venison and beef. VERY easy and VERY good with little mess.

    if gas grill, then webber. First one lasted about 7 years and ive had my second for 5 years and still ok.
