    Was through Costco this week and they had NY strip for $8.39 lb for the cryo pack. Picked up a 12.38 lb piece thinking it was a good deal Cut and trimmed it this morning and was shocked how much was pure fat- 3.3 lbs! That is some expensive cholesterol I am disappointed in their qc on this

    If making my own, I like to put a thin layer of sour cream in the bottom to keep the meat juices from causing structural failure of the bottom. I also like cucumbers diced small

    Heinz used to make mayo-que…may and bbq that was awesome. They stopped for some reason lately I’ve been putting mt olive pickled vidalia onions
