No but I used to work with a guy that was half Cuban, and he always swore by Cafe Bustelo as being the most authentic to what they drank there. Never heard of this cafe leche but it sounds good...

In all seriousness that's some good looking fillets! I'm with you, I normally only do a ribeye. Bone in preferred. :eek::evil:
I've recently started cooking my ribeyes on a hot cast iron skillet. You're right, I've started to prefer that over grilled. I add a little olive oil and do the salt and pepper only too, but I add finishing butter after. Damn good steaks.
