    quick note on the same subject, I do remember my grandma using beano if she was making some if she didn't have time to soak overnight.(she'd take a couple of those pills and smash em and add them to the mix)

    Mighty fine looking breast there. Love using (in general) pecan, apple and alder and a bit of oak, unless I'm doing ribs then I'll add some mesquite.

    I do what my grandma taught me dump em on the counter pick out the bad ones and rocks, rinse soak overnight rerinse add fresh H2O and cook.
