I can’t see more than 50 bucks. Most boring day ever on the range was with a mosin and a spam can of ammo.
After about 10 rounds I sold the gun and all the ammo to the guy next to me for 80 bucks.

The fabled CIA SKS was a joke from the Century Guns that were marked CIA ( Century International Arms.). I'm sure your grandfather told that joke a bunch back in the day like my dad did. How is Paul BTW?
Yep, that is one of the three I have been able to find. All 56 0303 21 million serials. That one is within a couple hundred of mine, although the others are all beat to hell surplus and mine look unissued new.
I mean, even if it is super rare, it's still a fringen Chinese SKS. Just never seen...
Normally the 56 is in Chinese writing and the gun should be marked with addition markings as far as I know.

Got a Chinese SKS I am trying to identify. Never seen one marked this way and the only other one I can find on the internet seems to have them stumped as well.

Last I saw it was only taking 2 to 3 weeks from forms mailed to receiving license. When you start fresh, start a new bound book too as nothing in your old bound book applies to your new license. You don't have to keep the old bound book either. Just shred it.
