    i think in the end its like tires... if they last 50k miles and it takes you 2 years to drive 50k, the tires will last a few years, if you take off and do in 3 months, the same tires last 3 months... even in a shtf, i think it would be fine for anyone. you not gonna have that much ammo unless...

    Anyone got a bolt action pistol?

    It's a 308 charging handle. And I threaded the gas key and I've loosely bolted that charging handle to the bolt carrier group. So when I pull it back it unlocks the bolt head and ejects the round when I push it forward I just slam it in the battery. No spring just me

    i just picked one up Sat at the gun show. i have fired 3 rounds thru it but hope to dump a few mags tonight. so far i like it, nice and compact, light even with 3 loaded mags (total of 58 rounds). i added a AFG and a red dot. i will post up a little review when i run it a bit..

    squeeze jelly (grape, always grape). a jar of mosquitos (at least 10 in the jar) all with aids. 2 rotten eggs one chicken, one quail a black magic marker (for writing on bathroom walls) box of gallon size Ziplock bags (for any interesting roadkill) and my Kroger plus card... good to go...
