    Marbles or ball bearing would work. But a paintball gun would tear up quickly. I have built many of guns and a marble plays hell on the metal

    A paintball would rupture at around 400-450 fps. It doesnt have the structural integrity to hold up at those pressures. I assume it would be the same as an air rifle. You need some sort of explosion to propel the projectile in order for it to be considered a registerable firearm. I believe.

    I had her shoot my G26 also. She didn't mind the recoil, the only issue is she is not strong enough to charge the weapon. The spring tension is one of the issues she struggles with. I am aware of weight/recoil factor. She needs something she can load with no issues.
