I prefer 45 Glock mag ar carbines like those from new frontier armory.
Weight isn’t too bad, quiet suppressed, and good subsonic hollow points.
But still 357 and 44 carbines are better :)
It’s really a looks thing for me. I like the exposed hammer.
The fun will probably be lucky to see 100rds through it but it’ll get plenty of carry mileage.
I’m looking to ankle carry a 357. I know it’s big but is a 686 PC too big for the job? I honestly just like the look compared to the M60’s.
Stainless/nickel and exposed hammer is a must for me.
That buffer tube area doesn’t look beefed up enough for me to trust it. Tnarms actually has a brass insert for threads and extra polymer plastic in the area where that socket meets the lower, it’s the normal failure point for polymer AR’s that try and carbon copy the aluminum ones
