I go every once in a while with very low expectations and only when I know I want to buy a particular item. No matter what the price marked, I'll make a reasonable offer. Sometimes it's fun to witness a dealer make faces like you just insulted his integrity. Occasionally, they'll deal with you...
I was talking to a guy at work today and had mentioned I was putting away some ammo for long storage in some airtight containers with desiccant packs. He said it wont make any difference because for some time now, the "Government" has required ammo makers to include a chemical that degrades the...
I've seen the reverse answered. I have a bunch of Glock 19 hi-cap mags and just wondered? They look identical, but I don't have a model 17 to try them in.
Been to about 6 different gun shops this week. ALL of them without exception are claiming whatever stock they have,"just came in from the supplier" and represents a price increase they have to pass on.
I could not find any AR's and only a few AK's. Fortunately I bought my AR last Saturday!
Admittedly, I know very little about the weapons. The only things I do know are: there appears to be many models in my price range and there are too many choices for me to choose from by myself. I'm not looking for the most expensive model, just something reliable and significantly less...

I kind of like gun shows. I consider the entry fee as a cheap price for 3 hours of entertainment. I have gotten some good deals on magazines, holsters and a couple guns. I only go to two or three a year though.
If looking for a gun, I always know exactly what I want and excatly what I am...
I got 1000 9mm rounds from them before. Had to wait a long time. Waiting on another 1000 rounds. Not sure how long ago I ordered, but I expected it to take a while. I have had no issues with the first 1000 rounds. I can't tell the difference between one round and another, except sometimes there...
Man, give AO a break. A lot of people are really happy the range is open and $15.00 is not outrageous for a state of the art system. I have a membership at another range, despte that, I am usually in and out in less than an hour.
