My suggestion was they plant a row or two of corn (or tomatos or...) and offer classes on how to protect your crops from varmints (both two legged and four legged.)
This facility (The Complete Combatant - TCC) is literally right down the street from me. I have watched them grow from a barely cleared out area to a beautiful and functional campus, with a nice pavilion for classes, a very nice multistation firing line - now covered. Today, I got an email...
A tad of a drive, but a nice facility with 25 yd pistol and 100 yd rifle ranges. Shooting benches at every station. RSOs on site. You do have to have a hunting license or some kind of license to shoot there. Best to call and speak to the folks there.

This Savage 110 BA .338 Lapua Magnum has been taken to 1,000 yards a few times in South Dakota and had plenty of range for the 1 mile mark. Glass is the Athlon Argos 8-34x56 mil/mil ffp.
Taken it to 1,000 yards in South Dakota, unobstucted by trees, bushes over 18 inches...damn flat!
