    All I can say is that I've seen sheetrock seam splits when roofers throw down packs of shingles on the ridge. They're too lazy to ease them down and just drop them hard. I'm just saying what home owners might be afraid of, not what the law allows in terms of vibration...

    You don't need two rows..... one row of drilled holes in a line and insert wedges and shims and hit them successively in a line. They will eventually yield a split you can tell with the sound. The hard part is drilling all those holes. Works best with a power hammer drill....

    You REALLY have to pay attention to rotational position of the cartridge when you take it out and make sure you're putting the new one back in the same way... learned that the hard way.. You also have to make a note of the position of the handle. TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES!!
