    Question to the Gun Law lawyers. What if any recourse would my friend who was conceal carrying at work O Riley’s in a bad part of town have for is rights to self defense? I don’t have all the details as of yet, but issues maybe with company policy and or the sign on the door. Curious for the info.

    Right, DA is involved at this time… my best guess is they are gathering more information. But HOA is still asking for dues.. we haven’t had our 2/3 quorum and voting in house owning members… it’s a phucking mess right now.

    The lawyer for a homeowner is waiting for the audit from over a three year period. The HOA has been dissolved three times since 2020 and the members of the board it has been discovered do not own any homes. To be legit you have to have your name on the deed. Also 2/3 quorum of home owners...

    That’s already happened and the members are up in vote whether to prosecute or try and recoupe a payment . 10k is just the start for what is missing. I need advise to possibly separate or what my options will be.. this is an ongoing case and everyone is pissed off.
