    748 is a good rifle powder for these days. Works in most rifles, including 223/5.56.

    Bullseye. It burns clean, is consistent and accurate. Been around 100 years, there is good data for everything worth shooting.

    How about pulldown the worst of the ammo and see what it i like? Or sell it for components? You are talking about 50,000 +/- psi inches from your face.

    I use a lot of bullseye. It builds pressure almost exponentially as you approach a max loading, even more so exceeding it.

    Nickle 38sp case is approx 67 grains. If a lot lighter, it would be aluminum

    It is easy to spot aluminum, but you can always weigh one. I can provide you the weight of a Nickle case if I know the caliber

    Looks like a nickle case, if so, no problem. If it is aluminum case , you are not supposed to re load them.

    They are GTG. Easier and cleaner to load, and no leading.

    Write EVERYTHING down. Number of times brass fired, primer make and type, powder charge, type powder, lot # or primers & powder, date loaded, bullet type, bullet weight, type lube, etc. You can't document too much.

    BS. How much you want? It is available with a simple search. Way easier than obtaining components.

    9mm ammo is available for 40 to 55 cents a round. Try getting components for that. You will spend a ton on hazmat fees if you are just starting, and you have purchase limits that run your costs up.
