    I wouldn’t call that “processed”… but it’s value in that condition is 3.5-4.0¢ per.. Processed typically indicates resized and roll sized brass. Returned to full SAAMI spec. Not just resized “nearly” to the base with your decap die.

    Reduced power 10mm is called 40 S&W. 😂 So I’d probably be looking at 165gr 40 loads as a starting point.

    The leverage needed to resize brass and seat primers is significant. You’ll need to figure out a way to secure to the wall for loading.

    I load in the garage, but only store bullets and brass out there. Powder and primers for immediate consumption (month tops) stay out there… everything else in climate control.

    Load with 147 data and see where it lands ya. I would get too far into the weeds until you’ve got range feedback from the various guns you’re trying to shoot it in. Good luck!
