    We have an inherent cost in producing the fingerprints, forms, and payments necessary to submit these. We ate it for a while but to keep prices competitive we had to up the fee a hair to cover those.

    Sorry wasn't trying to come off rude. There are no legal ways I am aware of if it is owned by an out of state entity. Personally, I would not try to find a way to circumvent it. If it is a valuable enough gun, and a good enough deal, it is worth hopping on a flight and going to check it out...

    Are you trying to avoid paying a second tax? That is tax evasion in the eyes of the ATF. Unfortunately the two form 4s is just a harsh reality when buying out of state, non FFL owned items.

    Form 3s are only used with both parties are SOT paying dealers/manufacturers/importers. Form 5s are when ONE party is a government entity, deceased party, or when transferring items for repair. Form 4s for everything else.

    Right now we have the following slated. M240b, m249, mg42, mp5, Glock, M16, grease gun, uzi maybe a few more. The m2 will not be making it back this year. It is not running right and the range is not really set up well for 50. If Tommy got the 1919 running we may bring it too.

    It will be two form 4s. Yes the seller will need to wait for the f4 to the dealer to be approved before sending to them. Good news is form 4s to dealers are much faster.
