There used to be a "cookie cutter" copy on here that many members have used and never had any problems whatsoever. Either @NWSharpshooter or @Laxguy59 posted, i cant quite remember, but NFA stuff is pretty straight forward, so basically you just copy the form and fill in your info.
Jake can ship it straight to your door. It may take a couple of weeks extra but it's perfectly legal. I think he may have to get permission from your local sheriff or police chief.
MAC posted an interesting article today about this very subject. The consensus in the article was that you really don't have to even get your SBR engraved unless you plan on selling it in the future.
