My first handgun purchase. Loved the look, great shooter, hated the grip feel of it. Felt like holding a 2x4. Same with Glocks for me. Don't have anything against them, just hate the blocky grip feel, and I have big hands.
I tried to join the forum weeks ago, and every time I try to login in, it says an administrator hasn't approved my application yet, and it normally 3 days. Then it says if you haven't been approved after 3 days, to use the "contacts" to email them directly. Did that weeks ago, and still "haven't...
Since you've admittedly never had service for any repair work or defective product replacement done, you're making derogatory comments without basis about someone who has. So, who's the troll? Childish.
Well today, a full 3 months later, my replacement Romeo5 optic arrived, and this one actually works. As I was pretty sure of, as I had remembered reading on the original's box, his indignant denial was misinformed or disingenuous. Clearly stated on the exterior: "Designed by Sig Sauer in Oregon"...
Totally agree. At their prices, their products should be of excellent quality and include excellent CS (which I thought they were known for), but apparently they're dropping the ball like so many other companies. I've read where even Glock has started dropping the CS ball some, too.

I was nice to them until I called again a couple of days ago. Mind you, I haven't heard a single word from them since this started. Nothing. Gave the guy the RMA #, and about a minute later he says, "Oh, I see your order, it's still not processed. We're waiting on more to BE MANUFACTURED". When...
Had a frame problem with a Rock Island Compact 1911. Contacted them, immediately sent me a shipping label to Nevada, sent it back and received a new flawless hand select one with the feed ramp polished and a trigger job, in less than 4 weeks. Now that's customer service.
Called them about a new Romeo5 that wouldn't work and they sent me a return shipping label to send it back. Sent it to SIG in New Hampshire back on March 15th. Not a word heard back from them. Finally called them 9 weeks later, and they said it hadn't been opened yet. They said they'd just send...
