    Yes - though I do not know about Belize - from my understanding - construction materials are readily available in Panama - and labor is inexpensive. You can get almost anything there.

    This is a property on the Ocean and allows for some initial development costs (such as breaking up into individual lots, roads, etc.). If you wanted a community away from the Ocean it could be MUCH cheaper, but at this point that is not of interest to me.
