I was on the Oconee river a couple years ago and somebody had shot several hogs on the banks and left them there. The water came up and they were floating down the river

It's no secret that folks can be very wasteful and disrespectful in the way in which they treat animals.

So, maybe I should look up occasionally when I venture into the woods to hunt hogs! Who knew?!

Takes awhile for buzzards mess with dead hog mainly do to tough hide

Normally I would agree, but when dealing with a very destructive and prolific invasive species, not so much. If I was doing hog control on my property or hunting land I'd kill as many as I could, take all the meat I want and then leave the rest for the scavengers.

I’m not a fan of invasive species either, but I believe that how I treat them reflects more on me than them.
